First Votes to be Cast in the 2018 General Election
This Friday at 11:00 AM, Dean Phillips will join voters from Plymouth on the first day they can early-vote for the November 2018 General Election. Dean will be on hand to speak with supporters before they cast the first ballots for U.S. Congress in Minnesota’s Third District, and to highlight the importance of voting in this midterm election.
