Anoka Halloween Pre-Parade Walk with Dean

One of the best parts of redistricting? Welcoming Anoka—the Halloween Capital of the World—to CD3!
We’re so excited to be joining the legendary festivities this year, and Dean will be sure to wear his favorite Winnie-the-Election costume. Will you join us?
Political units are allowed to walk the route before the parade officially starts, so come in costume or wear orange and black as we make the pre-parade walk with Winnie and the DeanTeam.
With thousands of CD3 voters headed to this spooky, family-friendly event, we want to have a really big DeanTeam presence, and we’d love to see you there. Everyone’s invited!
